Prior to LikeList he was co-founder and creative director at the original Addwater and Addwater2, strategic marketing and design firms. He was also a creative director and partner at CKS Partners, where he was responsible for brand identity programs, and retail merchandising projects. Throughout his career Rob led programs for many small and large companies, such as Excite, Sony, Microsoft, Xerox, McDonalds, American Express, Sun Microsystems, Joe Boxer, Palm, Yoga Jounal, Wells Fargo, and NapaStyle, and Apple Computer - where he had earlier been creative director. Between his Apple and CKS Partners engagements, Rob co-founded and was president of The Home Book, and award winning home furnishings retail and catalog business. Mohammad Sadeghi COO and Principal
Prior to starting Addwater, Mohammad spent many years focused on small and medium business marketing and lead generation. He was a founding member of TrustXpert (now TrustHop), as well as an early member of LikeList, where he oversaw technical product management and engineering resources. He was also a co-founder at Enthusitech, a real-time small business inventory and order management solution. He brings a vast knowledge of viral social reach through social networking, social media and social gaming. His career covers engineering, sales, marketing and product management in early stage startups-- as well as large corporations such as Intel, Seagate and Cadence Design Systems. He has an engineering degree from Stanford University, and an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University. | ![]() |
![]() | Bonnie Gemmell Co-founder and Principal Before starting Addwater, Bonnie used her marketing, retail, catalog and merchandising experience to help small businesses and non-profits at the original Addwater and Addwater2. Bonnie also founded Bonsu, the nation's largest distributor of Macintosh-based software and products and co-founded both the Home Book, and award-winning home furnishing retails and catalog business, and Rhythm & Design, a catalog promoting contemporary American design. Prior to starting her own companies and consulting, Bonnie worked in a variety of operations and marketing positions for Regis McKenna Public Relations and SoftLink, Inc. Bonnie studied broadcast journalism and business at Kent State and Ohio State University. |
| Sarah Gemmell Social and Creative Marketer Sarah Gemmell is creative marketer, copywriter and social media enthusiast. She graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara in 2009 with a BA in Global Studies, specializing in Latin America, and a minor in English. During college she interned at McKiernan Productions, a documentary film production company and studied abroad in Durban, South Africa. After graduating she became the Community Manager at LikeList. This involved juggling customer service, social media management, website and blog copywriting, as well as contributing to local and nationwide marketing campaigns. After LikeList, she took a job at Inhabit Vacations, where she did a lot of writing for Inhabit's vacation rental guides, city guides and blog - as well as social media management, public relations, search engine optimization and customer service. Now, she's excited to be working at Addwater, -- getting business engaged with customers on Facebook and Twitter, spicing up their website copy and thinking outside of the box. | ![]() |
![]() | Eric Strenger Art Director Raised just outside Los Angeles, he first started drawing and painting as a high school student in California, teaching art skills to teenagers who had been convicted of graffiti and tagging. This led him to the Academy of Art college, where he studied illustration and earned a BFA in 1999. He then attended the Claremont Graduate School, where he received his MFA in Studio Art in 2002. He spent five years teaching drawing and painting to public school students from K-12, as well as Juvenile Offenders -- while continuing a successful freelance career. Eric has won numerous awards from the San Francisco and New York Societies of Illustrators, and his original paintings are in the collections of Marc Ecko, Def Jam records, and Playboy. He also designed and painted the mural for the film, “Barbershop”. |
