It's official. Finding office space for a small business on the Peninsula is hard. We've been searching for months and here are the problems we're facing:- We only have 5 people in our team. Thus, we don't need 2,000 square feet of office space.
- We'd prefer to not spend $80mil each month on rent.
- We want to be visible, not hidden in a dark office in a random part of town.
So, we've decided if we can find another small business or start-up (with 1-4 people) to share, say a 2,000 square foot office, that would be the perfect amount of space for our small (but growing) team and rent would obviously become cheaper.
We're actively searching for offices, so if you'd like us to keep you in mind as a potential office share-r, let us know! Email me at sarah@addwater.com.
